Group Program
Step 1 - Selection
CR Scrubs conducts thorough research to help clients select the appropriate scrubs for their team. This can include popular brands like Cherokee and Healing Hands, as well as lesser-known brands such as Zavate. To accomplish this, we utilize a variety of resources, including vendor catalogs, web links to products, and product samples. In addition, we provide a pricing sheet or a website contact page that includes the group's discount.
Step 2 - Embroidery
After selecting the right scrub line, the next step is to discuss embroidery. If needed, we digitize your logo, with fees typically $25-$35, and the digitized file is yours to keep. We go through the available font selection, complete the embroidery order, and provide a "sew-out" to you for approval.
Step 3 - Sizing
Ensuring accurate sizing for each employee from the outset is crucial to successful outfitting. At CR Scrubs, we can either provide sizing run for employees to try on at their place of work or employees can visit CR Scrubs to try on the scrubs. We use the group sizing form to document each employee's size and keep it on file at the scrub store. We make every effort to avoid situations where an employee's size is unknown or inaccurate, particularly before embroidery.
Step 4 - Delivery
At CR Scrubs, we take care of the entire fourth step of the process. Our staff handles everything from placing and receiving the purchase order to handling all embroidery. Additionally, we package each employee's order individually with their name on the outside of the bag. Finally, we prepare the order for pick-up, deliver the order directly to your business, or ship them ... all free of charge.
Step 5 - Exchanges and Returns
CR Scrubs will manage all exchanges and returns. We make sure we head off any possible pain point by assuring the client that if any employee has an issue with their order, to come straight to the Scrub House with it in accordance with our return policy.
Only items that have not been worn, washed, or embroidered, and have the tags still on, will be eligible for returns.

No problem! Send them into us and we will get them outfitted in your organization's styles and colors.
Please Note: Organizations that place a single purchase order for their group will receive a 20% discount. All other group orders will receive a 15% discount. And employees will receive a 10% discount on all in-store and online purchases.
